The service

Go2Mondo sells prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. Purchase, delivery and support happen primarily through WhatsApp.

Plans are data-only: they don't include a phone number, calls or SMS unless stated otherwise.

Purchase and delivery

Before paying you'll see the plan, its duration, data and final price. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive the eSIM (QR and instructions) in the chat, usually within minutes.

Requirements

It's your responsibility to check that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. If in doubt, we'll confirm it on WhatsApp before you buy.

Fair use

Plans are subject to local network usage policies. On unlimited plans, exceptionally heavy usage may lead to temporary speed reductions imposed by the operator.

Liability

We work with top-tier operators, but coverage and speed depend on each country's local networks and may vary by area. If something doesn't work, message us: we'll fix it or compensate you under our refund policy.
