What data we process

To sell and deliver your eSIM we process: your WhatsApp number and profile name, the messages you exchange with us, order details (destination, plan, dates) and the technical data of the delivered eSIM.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; Go2Mondo does not store your card details.

What we use it for

We use your data to manage your purchase, deliver the eSIM, provide support, handle top-ups and refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers strictly needed to deliver the service: the messaging platform, the payment processor and the connectivity operators issuing the eSIM. They all process data under their own protection guarantees.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to hola@go2mondo.com or via WhatsApp. We reply within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep data as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. Sensitive eSIM data is stored encrypted and internal access is restricted and audited.
